Welcome to our website, which facilitates the wholesale and retail trading of pet accessories and pet food items imported from outside the UAE and distributed across the GCC.  1. Definitions

- **Retail Customer: ** An individual purchasing goods for personal use.

- **Wholesale Customer: ** A business entity purchasing goods for resale or large-scale use.

- **Products: ** Pet accessories and pet food items available on our website.

- **Agreement: ** The contract between the customer and us, including these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment

- **Retail Customers: ** Payment must be made through the available payment methods on our website at the time of purchase.

- **Wholesale Customers: ** Must complete the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) form and sign an agreement detailing the terms of credit and purchase.

3. Delivery

- **Retail Customers: ** Delivery of items will be made in good condition and is subject to order confirmation.

- **Wholesale Customers:** Delivery will be made within 48 hours during normal business days. Delivery times may be affected by special conditions and public holidays, in which case delivery will be made as early as possible.

4. Returns and Refunds

- Customers can return items if they are damaged or not as described in the images on our website. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

5. Credit Customers

- Wholesale customers with credit agreements must adhere to the credit limit and payment terms specified in their agreement.

- Failure to make payments on time may result in the termination of the contract and the reclaiming of unpaid goods from the customer's premises.

6. Special Conditions

- We reserve the right to take back items from retail shops of customers who have unpaid balances or have discontinued their premises.

- In the event of any special or unexpected incidents, we reserve the right to make and execute decisions as necessary.

7. General Terms

- **Product Availability: ** All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or to divide orders for delivery.

- **Pricing:** All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

- **Order Confirmation:** Acknowledgment of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

- **Changes to Terms:** We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

8. Liability

- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the website or products purchased from us.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
